Carrom
A traditional board game that is played around the world, with a large following in Asia and the Far East.
There are a variety of spellings and names for carrom including: Indian Finger Billiards, Carom, Carroms, Carrum, Karum, Carum and table billiards. The most globally recognized name is “Carrom”.

US Carrom
Usually offers 101 different games, including chess, checkers, Carrom (with cues).
This game is very versitile and becoming more and more popular in the United States. Slightly different from the original carrom set up the ability to play so many other games makes these boards versatile and fun for the whole family.
Crokinole
A board game similar to carrom with elements of shuffleboard and curling.
Players take turns shooting playing discs across the surface of the board. The intention is to land discs on the high-scoring parts of the board and simultaneously knocking away the discs of opposing players.
Backgammon
The origins of this game are lost in the time possibly dated back 5000 years.
Backgammon appeared in the 17th century in England where it acquired this name and then swept across Europe under different names such as Gammon, Tric-Trac, and Tablas Reales among others.
Chess
While some sources cite its origin in China, a Persian poem dated in 600 AD describes Chess coming to Persia from India.
Chess arrived in Europe in the 6th century with the expansion of the Arabian Empire and gradually became associated with knowledge, power and wealthy classes. The modern set we use today was established around 1835.
Checkers
The origin of checkers (or draughts) are not completely clear, forms of a similar game were found in Egypt dating back to 600 BC.
Checkers is one of the best known strategy games worldwide, called draughts in Great Britain and International draughts in most French-speaking countries as with a slight difference on the board.
