We hope that you are pleased with your purchase as we are committed to selling high-quality products we hope you’ll enjoy. However we also know that there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought.
If you wish to return an item, goods must be returned within 21 days and must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way).
If you need to return an item for an exchange or refund, please contact us via one of the methods listed below – proof of shipment must be produced.
