Carrom Shop Shipping Policy

  • All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input.
  • Products that are currently in stock are normally dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of your cleared payment.
  • Soon after you place your order you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order details.
  • In the event that a product has been overlooked, and is currently out of stock, you will be notified of this and we would expect to get your goods to you within 14 days.
  • In the unlikely event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail giving an estimated despatch date.
  • Shipping rates calculated on selection at the checkout.
  • ** Orders qualifying for Free Shipping are despatched via the most efficient delivery method.

    Damage In transit

  • It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods.
  • Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery
  • Do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required.

    Incorrect Goods

  • Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items.
  • It is your responsibility to notify us.

    Non deliveries
    We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date.
