Carrom Shop Shipping Policy
All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input.
Products that are currently in stock are normally dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of your cleared payment.
Soon after you place your order you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order details.
In the event that a product has been overlooked, and is currently out of stock, you will be notified of this and we would expect to get your goods to you within 14 days.
In the unlikely event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail giving an estimated despatch date.

Damage In transit
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods.
Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery
Do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required.
Incorrect Goods
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery.
If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items.
It is your responsibility to notify us.
Non deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date.
